Woodmere Park LLC is a private company established in 2001 to buy, manage and sell mortgages in the United States. With around $4 trillion of mortgages originated every year, Woodmere Park offers speed, flexibility, and a range of services designed to meet the needs of five main groups. They are real estate buyers who are purchasing: (i) a home for themselves or a third party, (ii) an investment property, (iii) a commercial property, (iv) a multi-family home or residential apartment building, or (v) a real estate portfolio.
The Company’s activities are limited to mortgages in the United States and Canada. Woodmere Park does not offer either construction financing or mortgages on raw land.
