Once your Application had been submitted, it will be reviewed and evaluated. If the Company has additional questions necessary to process the Application, we will contact you either by e-mail or by phone.

All questions you may have with respect to the status of your application should be made by e-mail to status@woodmerepark.net Please ensure that your e-mail includes the Application number assigned to your transaction. This number is transmitted to you by e-mail usually within 3 days of receipt of the application. We endeavor to process applications as quickly as possible, and inform you of the initial conclusions.

The timeframe for processing each application is determined by our overall policy of arriving at a loan recommendation as quickly as possible. Notwithstanding this policy, we also reflect the timeframes presented to us in the initial application form, and try and adjust the process to respond to the likely closing date for the transaction.
