To apply for a mortgage with Woodmere Park you will need to submit an Application Form detailing your mortgage request. Our process has two steps.
Initial Application Form
To expedite your request, the company offers a short Initial Application Form for you to submit so that we can provide you with a fast initial response. You may download the Initial Application Form here. Following your initial submission, we will provide you by e-mail with a transaction number which you should use in all communications with the company.
Main Application Form
After we have performed an initial review of your transaction, we will send you the Main Application Form for you to complete. We make sure that this application request is tailored to your transaction so it can be processed effectively.
Schedule
We attempt to process all applications as soon as they are received, especially if there is an imminent closing. Our goal is to approve and close on your transaction in the shortest possible time, and still provide creative solutions to your needs. It should be noted that, at times, we receive large numbers of applications almost concurrently. In these situations, we prioritize the submissions based upon the projected closing date of the transaction.
